Sobre a Oportunidade:

Você será responsável por centralizar, organizar e fazer a gestão da equipe de líderes de projeto e almoxarifado. Garantindo as entregas do portfólio de projetos de Baseload, com segurança, conforme os prazo, custo e qualidade definidos para unidade de Juruti-PA.

Outras responsabilidades importantes incluem:

• Gestão e desenvolvimento da equipe de projetos baseload. Portfólio de mais de 80 projetos divididos entre todas as gerências de Juruti;

• Gestão de portfólio, garantindo o planejamento e aderência ao forecast ao plano do baseload, tanto de Capital como expenses;

• Aplicar metodologia FEL ( FRONT END LOADING ) em todas as fases e níveis elevando a governança da empresa e projetos baseload.

• Gestão dos almoxarifados de CAPEX, para garantir o complience as normas contábeis da companhia.

O que você pode oferecer para a função:

• Você deve ter formação superior em Engenharia com pós-graduação na área de gestão ou projetos
• Domínio da metodologia FEL

• Habilidade para integração de times e áreas diversas e conexão com diversas áreas locais e corporativas;
